I want you to be happy with your purchase therefore I offer a buy-back agreement. You have seven days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you on. Once the piece has been safely returned we will refund you payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping and PayPal fees.

All work is very carefully packed but if work is damaged in transit, please contact us within seven days and if possible keep a photograph.

At this time we are unable to offer a refund or return on any products sent outside the UK. If you have any further questions please let me know before placing your order.
